"I bought this for my junior high orchestra. I like the fact that it is a Concerto Grosso - the way that the orchestra peels away to reveal the soloists is just charming. It's a great way to show off your star players. The pulse of the music just keeps you moving and your feet tapping. It's a wonderful feeling of movement, desparation, urgency, and intensity rolled into one."

"i loved the piece. i just graduated from Waukegan High School in 2004. i never knew what the piece was called until we sight read it for the first time and the entire orchestra was so excited to actually get to play it for Contest. our orchestra recieved it's 3rd consecutive Division 1 rating largely due, in my opinion, to the wonderful composition and our performance of Palladio. "
