An Alfred Masterwork edition, 'Ragtime Classics' features 41 great ragtime piano solos by 20 famous composers. Names and pieces in the volume include: 'Alexander's Ragtime Band' by Irving Berlin, 'Golliwogg's Cakewalk' and 'Le Petit Negre' from Debussy, 'Le Piccadilly - March' by Satie, along with various titles from Scott Joplin and others. Selected and edited by Maurice Hinson, most of the repetoire is for the upper intermediate to the moderately advanced pianist, and suits various uses.
